The Bachelor of Science in Education degree with in English 7-12 offers a broad scope of study including literature from across the world, basic linguistics, and writing, as well as educational pedagogy and multiple opportunities for hands-on teaching experience. Students seeking a Bachelor of Science in Education degree with a major in English 7-12 must complete the core requirements for the BSEd, the major course requirements in English, and the secondary teaching requirements.
